Pupils and Teachers of Town of Vardenis of RA Gegharkunik Marz

On May 29, within the framework of Open Doors programme the pupils and teachers of N 2, 3, 4 Basic Schools and Hamazasp Hambardzumyan Senior Schools of the town of Vardenis of Gegharkunik Marz visited the parliament.

The guests took a tour in the parliament building, observed the work of the regular sitting of the National Assembly and visited the Museum.

The RA NA deputy Taguhi Tovmasyan held an open lesson with them. The meeting went on in the Q & A session. The pupils were particularly in the items concerning the sphere of education, the teachers' salaries, the economy of the country and the foreign policy.

As an MP elected from Gegharkunik Marz Taguhi Tovmasyan has informed that the part of the raised problems regarding the region had already been studied and solutions are given to them.

The pupils expressed wish to have Information Technologies Centre in their marz. The deputy informed with joy that in the near future a similar Centre would open in the town of Vardenis. Taguhi Tovmasyan also informed that the issues of the repair of Hamazasp Hambardzumyan Senior School, as well as the heating of all schools of the city.

The meeting ended with taking photos of the guests with the deputy in the NA Session Hall.
